While on the Falmouth MA I spent some time at The London Film and Comics Convention in order to conduct some observational research. As a result of the time spent there I produced a series of illustrations of the characters I’d seen.

For our MA final exhibition I created 4 hanging collaged banners. I used the illustrations I’d made previously to recreate a view of the convention hall. I wanted the scene to be busy and reflective of the chaos and demographic present at the convention.

After our final show I then divided up the banner into smaller snapshots that could be collated into a zine format.
